Situated by the Kiiminki River, this modern, elegant 2-floor villa is 4 km from Kiiminki town centre. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a 50-inch flat-screen TV and a private fishing pier and beach. The open-plan Koitelin Residenssi villa features 3 bedrooms, a seating area with sofas and a wood-burning stove with firewood. 2 bathrooms are available, one with a sauna. The spacious covered terrace has panoramic river views. The villa is equipped with free WiFi internet access and meeting facilities such as flip charts and a video projector. Entertainment options include a karaoke machine and DVD player. Catering and other extra services can be arranged. A garden surrounds the villa and a bookable, wooden outdoor hot tub is also available. The cosy grill hut provides opportunities to enjoy BBQs regardless of weather. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Bed linen and towels are not included. You can rent them on site for EUR 12 per person or bring your own. Please let Koitelin Residenssi know your expected arrival time at least 1 day in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. The outdoor, wooden hot tub is available to rent for 250 EUR per use.
