Upstairs bedroom double bed, separate WC and lounge area. Cottage has gas-fired barbecue grill, satellite TV (Finland and Russia), good music equipment. Underfloor heating works efficiently using geothermal heat, mechanical ventilation. Downstairs suitable for disabled persons; rooms contain no allergens. Cottage surrounded by grass, planted shrubs and flowers, and areas paved with decorative stones. Slope to shore is paved with stones, steps on the way. Shore has jetty and outdoor fire place. Swimming shore deepens rapidly. Jämsän Gasthaus (hotel) rents out bicycles and snowshoes; meal services to cottage can also be booked there. Clothes washing facilities are also provided by Jämsän Gasthaus. Himos Ski Resort and Himos Golf 25 km, Jämsänkoski town services 11 km. Tikkakoski airport 87 km, Isojärvi National Park 40 km. Horse riding opportunities 22 km. Location especially suitable for families with children. Area good for berry and mushroom picking.
Check in/out Friday during “A” peak period. Rented to families only. Final cleaning is included in the price. Building beside cottage is in private use.
