"Pros: First of all thank you for warm welcome. Especially I really want to mention that Juha who is responsible for managing the houses was so kind, warm, helpful and was 7/24 reachable. He is able to fix everything and one of the helpful person I have ever met in my life. My english is not even good enough to explain his kindness. Not only during our stay, but also when we needed urgent help outside of the hotel he did his best to help us. Our car was stuck in snow and he helped us to find a tow car and wrote us until we get safe. Not only that when we managed to get back to the hotel he was waiting for us and he helped us to fix the damages. I dont even know how to explain how grateful we are. We will definetly visit again not only for the rooms but for seeing Juha again… He saved us during our stay. It is a great place to spend winter holiday. Rooms were clean, facilities were great. "Pros: Everything. A perfect stay. The house was lovely and cozy and had all the amenities you'd need, including a coffee machine and full kitchen (no wine bottle opener) The hosts were lovely and put our car in the garage and let us meet the dogs. Very responsive to messages. I recommend you booking Cons: We had to leave to go to next place! A sofa could be nice but the chairs were comfy." ~Chris

"Pros: The house was a perfect lived in haven of tranquility. Very easy to get to and lots of added extras. From toys for the kids, extra items to borrow, sledges, clothes and equipment to make the best of our stay. House was huge with so much space to warm up after enjoying the cold activities outside. Kitchen was equipped with everything possible you may need to cook meals. Sauna was a highlight and I just wish we had stayed longer. Cons: Nothing at all. Just what we expected and wanted." ~Stacey
