"Pros: Location was excellent, very tranquil but within easy reach of levi. The traditional style log cabin was beautiful and very well laid out. Great facilities, beds were super comfortable and kitchen cupboards well stocked with utensils etc. Cons: When we arrived the cabin was very cold, only 9 degrees, it was -32 outside so we had to call maintenance for assistance as we quickly realised that the underfloor heating would take approx 24 hrs to get to temp and the wood we had for the fire wasnt going to last very long. They explained that the previous guest must have set the thermostats too low (they were 1 instead of 4), they were great and came out to us very quickly with additional fire wood and a oil filled radiator. The following morning it was still only 15/16 degrees so we called again, they brought lots of fire wood and a secon smaller oil filled radiator. We found that it took a couple of days to get to a comfortable temperature, but after that everything was fine." ~Katie
