"Pros: Well equipped and quiet location 10-15 mins walk slightly uphill from centre of Levi. Warm and cosy. We made good use of the 2 included season ski passes. Easy to use keypad entry. Space for the kids to play in the snow outside, and we were fortunate enough to see the northern lights from our doorstep. Cons: Soundproofing wasn’t great - could hear everything throughout our property and occasionally from an attached property too (in a block of 4). Would have been handy to have a bit more info in the ‘welcome’ folder, such as sauna instructions, local map showing paths etc." ~Frances

"Pros: Thoughtfully designed, warm, clean, comfortable and cosy with a touch of luxury. Lots of home touches like the candles and jigsaws. Useful to have things left for us such as salt and pepper, matches and bin bags. Saw some reviews mention the beds but we found them very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kota and sauna. Having the ski passes was great too! Cons: Water escapes under the shower cubicle so this needs to be structurally altered or a bath mat provided. We could have done with more English instructions or picture instructions - for example, we could not figure out how to use the dishwasher! A loud alarm briefly went off a few times for no apparent reason, we rang and they said someone would come out but they did not." ~Catherine

"Pros: The apartment is quite close to town and the slopes--10 to 15 minute walk--but quiet when you want to get away. Easy access to the ski resort bus routes so you can check out the South Slopes for a lesson. The snow hiking, biking, and cross country trails also start just a few minutes away. Great place to enjoy nature and winter activities. There's even a hut outside where you can grill steaks over the open fire even in the dead of winter. Management was super friendly, supportive, and responsive." ~John
