Two-storey log house 2003, on the ground floor kitchen-living room, hallway, sauna, bedroom with double bed, bathroom, dressing room, two covered terraces.
Upstairs bedroom with a double bed, a spacious lobby with 2 beds, a sofa bed and lounge for watching television.
A lakeside sauna where is a loft with one bed and two mattresses, exit via terrace. The sauna has a kitchen-living room with a fireplace, fridge with small freezer, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and crockery for 6 people. Gas gril on the terracel.
By the beach there is a third sauna, which is for summer use only. In front of the saunas there is own beach.
Next to the lakeside sauna is a composting outside toilet.
Location is ideal for two families. A cottage complex on a grassy flat plot. On the yard there is a carport and storage for hobby equipment. There is a woodshed next to the storage, other storage spaces are occupied by the owner.
In the yard there is gas grill and a smoking/grilling place.
The cottage rental includes 2 kick sleds, snare, fishing nets with permits, 2 children's stiga's, cross country skis and two bicycles.
By a separate payment owner can do boat trips, for example to Vehmersalmi beach restaurant.
By a separate agreement a possibility to hunt small game in owner countries. Nearby (200 m) is a horse stables with only a few horses.
Leppävirta Vesileppis spa and ski tunnel 60 km,Tahko 80 km , Maarianvaara and Kasurila 56 km, Tarina golf 60 km, Tuusniemi 24 km, Kaavi 40 km.
