"Pros: Lovely room on 3rd floor. Basic but superclean. Wardrobe. Mirror in room. Ensuite bathroom. Shower, toilet. Clean. Soap/shampoo, hairdryer. Towels. Extra bed cover. Pillow Bedlinen, crisp and clean. Bedside table with nice comfortable chair. Extra sofabed(did not need it though). Coffee and tea making facilities area on 3rd floor. Coffee, teabags. Sugar. Milk. Cutlery provided. Good kettle to boil water. Fridge for guests to store their drinks etc. Breakfast included. Basic but good. Warm buffet (mini sausages, scrambled eggs and superb little meatballs) cheese, ham, turkey. Bread, cereals, berries for yoghurt. Chilled fruit drink. Coffee and tea. (Hot water in thermos) my husband is English and prefers tea hot. Timo ( hotel staff) made him an excellent hot cup of tea!! Thank you very much. Real cutlery and real teaspoons (I do dislike those wooden sticks) Disabled access, on site free parking for hotel guests. Free WiFi. Not used but I know it is there. Shops close by less than 5 minutes. Good pizzeria, check out. You will not be disappointed Close to Kuopio town centre and the famous Kuopio tower.
