Log cottage 2000, partly renovated 2013-2014, hall, living room-kitchen with convertible sofa bed, sleeping alcove (7 m²) with double bed, sauna, washroom with shower and washing machine (it is under sauna's benches), dressing room/sauna's living room with sofa-bed for 1, access to the toilet only from outside via terrace, 2 terraces. Air source heat pump.
Storage for owner's use only. Peninsula plot. There is also another cottage (12532, owned by the same owner) for rent on the same grounds, distance 20 m. Wooded hillside plot with crushed rock on the ground.
Own barbecue shelter, pier and beach.
Fishing guide available also in Russian language.
