The total area of 96 m² consists of the main cottage (67 m²), lakeside sauna (20 m²) and in summer use only sleeping cottage (9 m²).
70 km northwest of Jyväskylä, lake Uitamojärvi 30 m, shallow clay bottom, own boat. The beach is child friendly.
Wooden cottage, built in 2012. Combined living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, toilet, upstairs loft with 2 beds. The villa has a 37 square meter terrace, of which 11 square meters is covered.
Separate lakeside sauna (20 m²) with kitchenette and double bed.
Sleeping cottage (9 m²) with double bed.
Roofed barbecue area (12 m²) with gas grill.
In the plot there is also a smoke sauna, which is not for customers' use (no one else uses the sauna either during customers' stay). A cozy complex of several buildings on a flat and sunny plot. Bright living room / kitchen with good equipment. The living room height is five meters. The villa's windows have good views of the lake.
The water in the well contains iron and is therefore slightly cloudy. The owner delivers start-up water in a 20 l dish. Customers must fetch more drinking water from a source 9 km away or buy from a shop.
In summer 2019, there is trampoline + safety net (for other years there is no certainty).
In the forest there are forest roads for jogging. Berry and mushroom picking areas nearby (during that season). Good fishing opportunities.
Multia's center is 15 km away (more information: https://visitkeuruu.fi/fi/usurusselanseutu/multia), Keuruu 33 km, Haapamäki Steam Railway Park 50 km, Ähtäri Wildlife Park and Mesikämmen Spa 53 km.
Note! There is a deposit payment of 150 euros which owner will charge on the spot. Please have even money in cash with you. You will get the deposit back on check out day when everything is ok.
