67 km north-west of Mikkeli, L.Puulavesi 50 m, shallow hard sand bottom, own boat. 2-storey wooden chalet 2007. Downstairs: living room/kitchen, bedroom double bed, utility room/dressing room, washroom, sauna (electric stove), open porch. Upstairs: bedrooms 2 beds, bedroom 3 beds, hall convertible sofa/double bed + single bed. Chalet has mechanical ventilation. Car port.
Lakeshore sauna (20 m²) with wood-burning stove, dressing room, room with fireplace, water from the lake by a hand pump. Lakeshore sauna only in summer 1.6. - 30.9. Slope and stairs from the chalet to the shore Stylish chalet on summit of exposed bedrock e.g. for two families. Dining table can be extended up to 10 persons. Sturdy steps down to shore and lakeshore sauna, patio for relaxation on the way down. Shore suitable for children.
Three areal fishing permits are included in the price. Fisheries management fee is required if you are 18-64 years of age and will be fishing with lures or traps (not required if you are ice fishing or fishing by hook and line).
Two bicycles, kick-sled and two sledges are included in price. Owner rents out outboard motor (2.5 hp), boat and canoe. Strawberries, juices, muesli, potatoes and berries can be bought from the owner's farm shop.
