Wood/stone two-storey cottage in 2001, ground floor living room with fireplace, bedroom with 2 beds, sauna, bathroom, dressing room and toilet, terrace.
Upstairs kitchen-living room with a sofa bed for two, bedroom with double bed, 2 terraces, balcony.
Woodshed.
The kitchen and living area is upstairs. Wood burning stove / fireplace upstairs, downstairs fireplace. Air source heat pump, which can be used as an air-conditioner for a separate payment.
The two-storey cottage on a cliff hill by a pond. Spacious and bright courtyard with lawn and trees.
Barbecue both wood/coal fired. Garden swing.
There are 4 cottages by the pond and each of them have own shore, jetty, boat and yard. Children's play area 150 m away (in shared use of 4 cottages) swings, trampoline, slide.
If you need childrens equipment, remember to mention when booking.
Owner rents a rowing boat to lake Valasjärvi 8 km away. Also fishing permits available for purchase as well.
Finland's southernmost salmon river Tainionvirta 13 km, 18-hole Hartola golf 13 km, riding stables and sleigh rides in the winter on request by a separate payment 4,5 km, Purnuvuori 35 km, Lahti 75 km.
