"Pros: Big rooms,separated by doors, strategically good place, nearby supermarkets, lake and park. Nice view from windows and balcony. Good communication and good price. Cons: Someone was smoking there before us. Smell was not very hard, but it was a little bit unpleasant and was felt in all the apartment, especially in the bedroom..( From the other side, maybe it's not so easy to remove that unpleasant smell from the apartment so fast?
