"Pros: The location is walking distance from the wharf to get to Soumelina and Uspenski Church. A tram station is also near the location.
Cons: As we arrived in the apartment we waited for at least an hour outside the freezing temperature since the owner did not gave the complete address and waiting for her to answer our call. There are 4 building inside the compund with the same address but only with letter A to D which the owner forgot to include. The apartment was not fully cleaned. Too much unnecessary furnitures ,decorations and couch pillows which are dust collectors. We have to use our thermal tights and long sleeves since the blankets are thin and the heater cannot compensate for the cold temperature when sleeping . Since it is an old building,naturally cold air comes in through the old windows and door. There was no microwave or at least a hair drier. The curtains on the dining was very thin."
