"Pros: This is a comfortable apartment for up to three guests. Clean. Elevator. Location is the key of this facility, walking distance to all main places to visit in Helsinki. Instructions to have access to the facility and to pick up the key are received via messages. They response in a short time to any questions.
Cons: Consider you need to pick up the apartment key at the main train station, not comfortable if you are not arriving to the city by train. No matter we use to leave the facilities clean, this is a mandatory requirement to avoid additional payment surcharges. No matter they provide the instructions about throwing out the garbage I couldn't find the place (some signs on Finnish language), I had go to the subway station nearby to throw away the garbage into their garbage cans."
