"Pros: The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos, large, spacious, bright and very practical. Lots of cupboards and storage drawers. The kitchen has all the utensils and kitchenware for daily cooking. You have microwave, washing machine and hair dryer. The bed is very comfortable and you sleep very well. Above all, the best thing is the location, a few steps from the Kamppi shopping centre with metro and bus stops, and a 10-minute walk from the central station and the downtown area. They provide you with maps and leaflets about things to do during your stay. And a bag of coffee for free! Cons: I had a problem with access, since you have to follow some instructions where one of the steps is to connect to the wifi to validate a code. Well, the wifi didn't work and since my arrival was at 1 in the morning nobody could help me and I had to go to sleep in a hotel. The next day I contacted them, they said they would send someone but since I was close I tried again and the wifi worked and I was able to open the door. They refunded me the amount for that night. Very kind and they followed up with me during the stay. I think the procedure was too complicated and even more so for a late arrival. But my fantastic stay made up for this initial minor incident. The bathroom is too small, but that seems to be by Finnish standards. The location of the bed gives privacy to the room but you can't watch TV from the bed. Also TV is very small. The kitchen table is wobbly and uncomfortable if you need to work." ~Eloisa
