"Pros: Cabin and location are just beautiful, and communication with owner was helpful, easy, and very pleasant. Cons: Management of Swiss rental agency, serving as link between owner and guest, was unprofessional and displeasing to say the least. They kept complaining via "no-reply" emails that final cleaning wasn't paid, threatening to cancel that service, even though I had proof it was. Address was stated incorrectly in documents (Enontekio instead of Muonio)." ~Dirk
