You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary, and other relevant info on dates where such guidelines exist. Guests must meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination, a recent valid negative coronavirus PCR test, or recent proof of coronavirus recovery. Please note that the mandatory meal plan fee is not included in your accommodations price. The fee includes a full board meal plan (per day) per adult and will be added to your final charge. This will be FJD 119 per person per day from August 1, 2017. Children between the age of 5-12 will be charged a FJD 89 resort fee for a full board meal plan (per day) per child. Please note that for stays from 01 April 2020 to 31 March 2021, the compulsory meal plans will be FJ $129 per adult, per night and FJ $108 per child, per night (for children aged 5-12 years old). The boat transfer leaves Vuda Marina, Nadi at 10:00. The return trip from Octopus Resort is at approximately 13:00. The journey is 1-hour and 15 minutes each way. Times are scheduled to meet many of the flights serving Nadi Airport, allowing the maximum time possible on the island. Air conditioned minibus transport from the airport or from local hotels in the Nadi, Airport or Lautoka area are included in the transfer. Boat transfer costs are as follows: Adults - FJD 175 per adults one way. Children 5-12 yrs years of age - FJD 87.50 per child one way. Children under 4 years of age - free. Please note that the above transfer times are subject to availability and weather conditions. The resort will ensure you are transferred onto the next available charter should the first request not be met for above reasons.
