"Pros: We stayed in an oceanfront bure, which was private, peaceful, and a <1 min walk from the main lodge. A huge highlight was being able to walk directly into the ocean to snorkel a really great reef (we saw reef sharks, lionfish, so many amazing reef fish!). The resort has daily activities, some paid and some unpaid, you can make your day as structured as you like.
The wifi seemed to be switching over to starlink during our stay, and apart from a teething issue on a couple days, seemed good (however we deliberately stayed off it). As others have mentioned, it's really only available in the main area, which we found a huge positive.
I am vegetarian and they happily catered for me at every meal. The food is a bit basic (lunch is a single choice, and dinner is three courses, with options to choose for entrees & mains) - but it's wholesome, creative and we were very happy with it.
Activities we really enjoyed: reef hopping (you go to three different reefs - they provide gear or you take your own), cave tour (it leaves early so you beat the other tourist groups), massage & facial at the spa, hike up to the sunrise/sunset point (I did it in tevas, but wished for long leggings and proper shoes), kayaking & paddleboards. And of course multiple swims to the reef!
Cons: If you're looking for an over-the-top resort experience, this isn't it. There's instant coffee, a short cocktail list, nice but not gourmet food for the meals. However, the vibe it offers as an alternative is one of friendly staff who know your name from day 1, uncrowded & peaceful surrounds, and a resort where you make yourself at home.
