"Pros: The personnel was very helpful and supportive, despite some language issues (limited command of English). Regardless of problems with electricity supply, hot water was available throughout the entire stay. Convenient location for visits to Lalibela churches, tasty breakfasts and good views from the balcony. Cons: The room, bathroom and equipment have aged badly and could benefit from renovation. The bathroom could have been more thoroughly cleaned before our check-in (bathtub, toilet bowl and bathroom floor did not appear cleaned after previous guests). The room had some holes between the door and its threshold, and in balcony windows, through which mosquitoes were able to enter at night. It created some problems, since there were no mosquito nets installed, and persistent electricity disruptions at nights rendered plug-in mosquito repellent useless." ~Krzysztof
