"Pros: The staff was amazing and incredibly kind and helpful at all times. The garden with the restaurant is very nice to eat, but also work and hang out. The location is great, safe and quiet - close to the Friendship park, which is great for running or walking.
Cons: I explicitly searched for a hotel with a swimming just to arrive and find out it was closed for several months for maintenance (in fairness, they mention it on the website but not on the booking.com). The rooms could use a little bit of upgrade / renovation- it’s clear that the hotel has been there quite a while. The room access cards were very sensitive. Every time I went out of the hotel they stopped working (possibly due to the security frame?) and I had to go back down to the reception to reactivate them (slightly annoying if you are in the 12th floor)."
