Located a 15-minute walk from the centre of Viljandi, Kaare Guesthouse is 300 metres away from Paala Lake. It offers apartments with free Wi-Fi, a TV set and kitchenette. The apartments of the Kaare feature a spacious seating area and well-equipped kitchenette. All private bathrooms include a shower, hairdryer and heated floor. While staying at the Kaare, you can relax in the garden or use the designated barbecue area. The guesthouse also rents ski equipment and has ski storage facilities. The nearest skiing range is within 2 km. Kuustemagi Hill, a immensely popular ski trail is within a 1-hour car drive.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Kaare Guesthouse in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note Kaare Guesthouse has no reception.
