"Pros: Great price. Quiet location. The big bed matrass has been comfortable but extremely noisy. We've got the keys from the minisafe at the building entrance, which was convenient, as we arrived a couple of hour earlier than the specified "3 p.m. check in". It's few kilometers away from the center. Fine, if you have a car. Cons: We ran out of toilet paper (1 piece. Stayed for 2 nights. No spare rolls ?!?!) The owner was quite proactive an incisive on paying the deposit (50 EUR) by a bank transfer in advance, sending me print-screen of the "Terms and Conditions", although it was saying there that the deposit must be handed-in by cash. I would expect the host to be more polite, instead of demanding to fulfill the rules that he couldn't comply with himself :( The fridge was missing (we've got informed in advance, though). The owner said, it would be fine for us, coz we just stay for 2 nights. Oh..really?? Thanks! No apology ?!?!?!!? Very shady that messages came from "Peeter", but the bank transfer had to be made to another name. I was not sure it's not a scam - until I did get the deposit back to my account with the request to write best comments and "10" as a Booking rating. WTF? The sink in the bathroom was leaking - wet flor. Some door and the floor had been extremely noisy. We decided to buy extra hangers for the clothes, and left them as a gift. No thanks?!" ~Sergei

"Pros: My room was very cozy. It was like a dorm room, with twin beds and two working spaces, a kitchenette. I really liked it, one of my favourite stays in Tartu. I booked it on purpose to be a nice hour's walk from my university. Most people would take the bus (stop's very close), or drive, or whatever. And you guys, there's a legendary fast food place called Sirius close by, and the food is really cheap and really tasty. No joke. Cons: So this is a vocational school's hotel...getting the wifi working on my phone and my laptop was like an entrance exam. But I did it! Once you're in, the wifi is very fast, unlike usual hotel internet, and the high seas unbound. I guess I liked that in the end." ~Maria

"Pros: Comfy beds, great location. Easy and fast access to the apartment. Apartment has all you need for a short stay. Cons: There are 2 person beds but small 1 person blankets. Was quite impossible to share so one of us basically gave up at night and slept without a blanket." ~Sandra
