"Pros: The location is unbeatable. The apartment is right in the heart of the old town. The flat was sparkling clean, as were the towels and bedsheets. The balcony is just lovely—you can enjoy your morning coffee while people-watching and soaking up the sun. There are plenty of paid parking options around the building. The property features an elevator for easy access, and there are many shops and restaurants downstairs. We appreciated the free maps with the old city tour and decided to do it the morning after our stay. The friendly owner is an added bonus. Cons: We're pretty spontaneous travelers, so we would have appreciated self-check-in. It was a bit stressful to have to arrive at the apartment by a certain time (not too late) and then coordinate with the owner for check-out so she could collect the keys. However, there is a key box next to the door, so perhaps things could have been arranged differently with better communication." ~Inge
