"Pros: Philip is a wonderful host, the place is very clean. Philip made sure that I had everything I needed during my stay, he has checked on me multiple times to see if I need anything. You had the whole apartment for yourself since Philip lives next door. I booked the stay the same day on short notice, given that he made his best to get as early as possible, plus he picked me up from americana plaza. Cons: It's not a dislike, it's more of a "need to mention", it was a great stay though, I had a peaceful sleep at night regardless of the comment below. Zayed by nature is a peaceful area, but I can hear the sounds of the street (mostly vehicles engines) when I tried to sleep in the noon, and at night it was quieter but I still heard some. It's still quiet for most people I believe, Im a little sensitive to sounds though, but definitely the glass is no sound proof." ~Mahmoud

"Pros: The host is a fantastic person Dr Ahmed and his daughter made my stay so comfortable. He even invited me for tea and a bite at his own place and I met his family. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and has a great location that is not far from shops, restaurants and pharmacies. I had a very pleasant experience and great memory.
