"Pros: the hotel is decent size. so big that we needed a wheelchair for my partner which the hotel had one for us to borrow for our whole stay. we stayed at room 3401 which was perfect and was a spacious room staff from management to reception down to lifeguards and restuarant staff and cleaners were all very polite and helpful Cons: there was nothing i didnt like" ~Rebecca
