"Pros: Good food services, many varieties, beach was great but constant disturbance from other guests and staff regarding services, would have been nice for a quite beach rest but too many children around, pool was nicer and quieter. The advertising of the hotel said no kids but that was not the case. We would like to highlight some feedback regarding the staff, everyone was very nice but specifically Isra from guest relation was fantastic ! Super welcoming and catered to our needs Ragab from room cleaning was very sweet and had a warm oura about him. Cons: Too many kids around and the sheets from the room were very pilled and discolored" ~Mohammed
