Cons: The rooms, as well as both the Tagine and Cardamom restaurants, are in clear need of renovation. The interiors feel outdated and would greatly benefit from modernization to enhance comfort and ambiance.
• Both Tagine and Cardamom restaurants would also benefit from a revised menu, introducing more variety and freshness that reflects current culinary standards and guest expectations.
• Specifically, the food quality at Cardamom Restaurant needs improvement. More attention should be paid to the ingredients used and the presentation of the dishes. The flavors and plating did not reflect the standard we anticipated, especially compared to the exceptional service elsewhere in the hotel."
