"Pros: Our stay was absolutely perfect! We were celebrating our honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special, they even surprised us with a beautiful wedding cake, which truly touched our hearts ❤️. The atmosphere at the resort was warm and welcoming.
The pool bar team was always friendly and cheerful, making us feel relaxed and cared for.
The staff at the restaurant were really amazing, they were so kind and attentive, and the food was delicious. Honestly, every single person working in the hotel restaurants was polite, professional, and genuinely kind. It was a memorable experience from start to finish.
We really appreciated how welcoming and helpful the reception team was—they made everything smooth and easy from the moment we arrived. They also served us with a special two lunch boxes when our stay is finished ❤️. Wagdy, in particular, was exceptionally kind and professional, always ready to assist with a smile.
