"Pros: Nice, clean, in Mangroovy compound center. Mains services quite close (coffee shop, laundry, pharmacy, mini market, atm machine etc..).
Quiet and safe place.

Cons: I had a previous experience with Mangroovy apartment and compared with this one was way better! In this apartment: not even 1 complementary water bottle nor a coffee shot (while in others Mangroovy apartment they gave me 2 bottles of water, 4 coffee capsules). In the bathroom no shower gel and no shampoo, no hand soap…I had to buy by myself! While those things were available in others Mangroovy apartment.
When arriving to Gouna I didn’t receive any QR code so I got blocked at the entrance gate and I had to call the staff managing my booking to let me in. The same happened at the Mangroovy compound entrance: security blocked me and didn’t want to let me in. So I had to call again the staff. This was happening every time I entered Gouna gates as I was visiting all area outside. It was really a very POOR Service level. Even if I called the staff asking for QR code they always promised to deliver me but nothing happened."
