"Pros: Absolutely amazing. I’ve never been to a more perfect place. The Villa is 10/10 and would recommend it to anybody. We were a group of 5 and every single one of us had the best experience. As we weren’t flying until late the owners also let us have a late check out making the whole experience a whole lot smoother. We are coming back within the next year. this Villa will be a yearly thing now as we can’t get enough of it. El Gouna really is incredible, so safe, and so much to do. Cons: Nothing. "Pros: It’s very clean, has all what we needed for our trip, the lagoon view is awesome specially at the sunset, ACs everywhere, clean sheets & beds, WiFi, 4 bathrooms. Cons: It needs the electronic curtains in the front side, cause when the sun rise it became annoying to stay in the living room, also the kitchen has no spoons or forks or knifes." ~Mohamed

"Pros: Location Interiors Cons: I had a very bad experience at the checkout.. they delayed me more than 75 mins despite I have assured them that I want to check out at 6 am ( cause as I had an important appointment in Cairo) and they confirmed that someone will come to inspect the property at that time and refund me the security deposit (amount of 5000 L.E I paid at check in).. however until 6:35 no one showed up and I couldn’t reach anyone through their hotline.. finally someone showed up and inspected the place, handed me the full deposit without any deductions, I told him myself that I have broken a glass of water and he should deduct it’s value from the security deposit, But I was shocked that he pulled the 5000 L.E out of my hands!! and didn’t want to refund until he calls the rental company first to know how much he should deduct.. I told him that I am damn late and can’t be delayed anymore however he insisted that they must answer him to know the amount of deductions and he kept on calling them without any answer.. So I offered him to deduct 100 L.E which is way more than the price of just a water cup however he refused and kept on calling the company and he was unable to reach any of his superiors or take a decision himself to deduct the amount and let me go.. after debating with him for about 40 mins finally he reached someone at the company and agreed on my offer to deduct the damn 100 l.e and refund me the rest and let me go.. this 75 min delay caused by them has made me drive on a very high speed and risk my life and my family’s on the road to reach Cairo on time. By the way the Jacuzzi is not working properly it works for like 2 minutes and turns off automatically so you need to keep turning it on again every 2 mins" ~Anonymous
