"Pros: My recent stay at this hotel with my wife and two children 2 & 6 was a very pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, both before and during my stay. They quickly responded to my pre-trip inquiries and were prompt in bringing extra amenities to the room. The hotel's grounds, including the garden and pool area, were beautiful and very clean. I also appreciated their attention to guest comfort during breakfast. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and fast. The apartment I stayed in had two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There was also a living room with a sofa, and a small kitchenette equipped with a medium-sized fridge, microwave, and water heater. The bathroom was simple and functional. Breakfast was a small but comprehensive open buffet of simple Egyptian dishes, covering all the essentials. The pool was also a major highlight—it was very lovely. The hotel's location is excellent. There is a supermarket right next door with a very honest and polite owner, a pharmacy just a 3-minute walk away, and a Banque du Caire branch 5 minutes away, which was convenient for exchanging currency from 5 PM to 9 PM. The tourist promenade is also only a 13-minute walk from the hotel. Cons: Bathroom: The bathroom was very basic and unappealing. There was no space to put any toiletries like shaving kits, toothbrushes, or makeup. When showering, water would splash all over the bathroom floor as there was no shower curtain. This caused water to collect around the toilet, and there was no drain to let it out, which made using the bathroom quite uncomfortable. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi connection was relatively weak and on one day, it was completely out of service." ~Magdi
