"Pros: 1) Response to our queries is very fast. Marco handles requests through WhatsApp. 2) Fantastic view of The great pyramids from roof top restaurant. 3) Interior of rooms matches with the pictures. Cons: 1) Biggest issue: We were supposed pay the full booking amount while checking in into the hotel. Marco responded positively to my query on card payment before my travel. But, he never told me about an additional 10% charged by the hotel for card payments. He justified this on the amount charged by the bank for using card reader. I never saw additional bank charges as high as10% during my stay in Egypt. It was my first day in Egypt, directly from airport expecting to use card payment for complete booking. I believe Marco should have been transparent and informed me about it earlier. Request all travellers to enquire on extra charges before travelling to hotel. 2) Locality of the hotel. 3) Morning break fast has limited options. 4) Roof top restaurant looks dusty and not maintained. 5) No lift in the entire building. There are lot of steps to reach even reception. Not recommended for those who have knees probs. 6) Washroom is a let down." ~Abhay
