"Pros: The location is awesome Despite the room is a bit smallone , couldn't be 30 m2 of course , but it is very comfortable and clean The mini kitchen is well equipped The bathroom is very good also It is a very good value for money Cons: Although they provide free wifi as mentioned , you will not find it accessible in your room The employees are totally unprofessional Especially the security, I stayed at many hotels before, never seen such unprofessional impolite guys at any property They gonna teach you lessons and give you orders such as , your room is 12 not 1 , if you gonna call a delivery again tell him the correct numbers , etc The reception is not available all the time , still need much training to be professional with guests Expect a 4 stars place with a 1/2 star level employees" ~Emad
