"Pros: None Cons: I didn’t stay at this property because the owner refused to host me, he told me he had two problems; first, that booking.com pays him after a while, second, that I have to reserve 3 days minimum, meanwhile he didn’t specify any minimum number of days on his online instructions, I told him that I am only staying in Cairo for one day, then he asked me to cancel, and send him a request to waive the cancellation fee and he will approve it, I did canceled as he requested, then he refused to approve the waiver for the cancellation fee in order to steal my money, this person is a thief and doesn’t keep his word so please no one book this property. Then after I contacted booking.com and they knew what really happened; they canceled this reservation for me for free, and they refunded my money, thanks to booking.com" ~Ahmed

"Pros: Everything specially the location, lots of restaurants around the place. The bed was very comfortable. The lights were enough. Its air-conditioned. Mr. Ali was kind and helpful you can ask him what ever you need. He makes very good job to make the place nice and comfortable Cons: Maybe some will find the elevators somehow old" ~Alasmawi
