"Cons: The landlord did not honor the booking. He told us almost at midnight and after calling him that he contacted Booking and cancelled our booking despite the fact that it was fully paid and confirmed in Booking. I also wonder how Booking and the landlord cancelled a paid up and confirmed booking without contacting the guest. There is also one point against Booking itself. Despite the repeated very numerous correspondence with them they didn't even resolve the issue nor respond to our repeated correspondence. If this apartment belonged to Booking itself it should have not neglect it's customers enquiries and concerns but this did not happen till now. However I consider this incident as a good lesson in dealing with Booking. Salah Osman" ~Osman
