"Pros: Great location, clean rooms, and safe environment. In general, the staff was helpful. Cons: I wasn't given a choice for mountain or city view, and was given a city room which was noisy and impossible to get the room dark. I recommend asking the staff at check in which side your room is on. Also, do not use the coffee machines in the lobby, they don't work and the hotel has no way of giving you your money back." ~Solange
