The staff was incredible and multi-talented. The same man that checked us in was also the doorman and turns out the breakfast cook as well. "Pros: The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the Plaza Grande and the building was very secure. The staff was extremely caring and helpful and even helped me transport my bags to my tour group's meeting location. The breakfast is traditional Ecuadorian foods and the staff explains them all before you eat. Wonderful hotel and I would stay again. Cons: Nothing" ~Krystal
