"Pros: Location is in New Quito close to park and shopping centres. It is on the top floor of the building. It has a functional kitchen and laundry. Cons: The apartment has a major cockroach problem. As soon as it is evening, there are lots of them running around the kitchen floors and benches. The water pressure is so low that showers are difficult.
