"Pros: Breakfast was freshly prepared and cooked as we arrived. View was very nice. Air was fresh and sound quiet, no honking horns. Excellent pizza shop nearby. Streets busy but not crowded clean and tidy with police presence. Very good value and experience. Cons: Restricted sewage so toilet paper in bin, not flushed. "Pros: I chose Quito as my base for Ecuador and was looking for a chic, small hotel in the old town for a longer stay. I stayed there for a total of 10 nights (8 were planned, but I added two more on the spur of the moment). My room was on the second floor and was really good for one person, with a private bathroom. Hot water sometimes took a while to arrive but working fine. The internet was really good, stable, and fast. I didn't enjoy breakfast because I was usually out early in the morning. A metro station is only 5 minutes away, from which you can get anywhere. There are also plenty of large and small supermarkets that have everything you need. There is also a laundry service if you want to have your clothes washed during your stay. The room was cleaned every day. Cons: somewhat noisy" ~Daniel
