"Pros: The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There was plenty of space in the room for our whole family, and we were grateful to return home for a relaxing swim and our air conditioned room after a long day of adventures. The staff was very friendly, and location is close enough to everything to walk, but far enough from the main road to be quiet and peaceful at night. Cons: Our guide arranged for us to have a late check out with the manager due to a morning tour. This was not communicated to all the staff which caused a hurried and stressful misunderstanding for check out. Maybe the staff/Mgr could implement a communication log book so that all staff can be updated on things when staff turns over for the day/shift." ~Penny
