"Pros: Very good location, very kind and communicative staff, good breakfast, 24/7 reception and clean rooms/floors and hotel. Good value for money. Safe area and very close to everything including Plaza de ponchos, many restaurants and exactly by the bus terminal. You can see the life of the city from the balcony because on that street there's everything from vendors to stores to dogs to locals arguing kids going to and from school....it's very lively and loud and authentic. The loud part is not for everyone though. At breakfast the staff was able to accommodate our small requests or modifies. Very kind :) Cons: The bed and room were smaller than the picture, the pictures are made with wide lenses. We had to fix the window - was not closing or sealing, showerhead was leaking and broken, but we managed to fix it and make it work. The bathroom smells quite a bit, there's mechanical ventilation but very slow. No fan or windows in the bathroom - not a problem for us. It is a very busy area and because the windows and balcony doors are not sealing, with decent gaps, the noise is very loud in the morning. You wake up with the locals and cars and busses around 5am. With all those in mind, it is a good value for money. Hard to beat price/location/ammaneties and free breakfast." ~Mihai

"Pros: Beautiful apartment in the centre of town. Extremely clean, fantastic facilities including fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and very hot shower.
