"Pros: My daughter and I stayed at Anaconda Lodge for 3 nights. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the facilities are excellent, especially given the remote location. We really enjoyed the included tours into the rainforest as well as the tubing. I was glad we'd stayed at a smaller lodge than the other larger ones available, i think it's a far better way to experience the amazon. Cons: Nothing" ~Yvonne

"Pros: Programs: great, well organised options, with a good balance between cultural and wildlife based excursions. We had the chance to experience the traditions of the indigenous kichwa culture and see a ton of wild animals (caimans, birds, frogs, monkeys, arthropods, ect...) Food: simple but good food with a great variety, if the portion was not enought we always had the chance to ask for more Staff: amazing, they were always there to make sure everything was smoothless. Community area: spacious, cozy and comfortable with a great view to the river. There were also some trails around the lodge where we could see a lot of animals. Rooms: The spacious bathroom and the extensive use of mosquito nets that not only provided excellent ventilation but also gave us a feeling of being immersed in the rainforest — while still feeling safe and protected. Cons: There were a few issues with the room, most notably, the use of bunk beds, which we generally find uncomfortable (but maybe this is just our opinion). Additionally, it would be helpful to install a blind over the mosquito net at the back of the building, as the pathway lights stayed on all night and lit up the ceiling." ~Dávid
