Amazing food at the restaurant, both for breakfast and (especially) for dinner View on Cotopaxi and other volcanoes (when not cloudy) Many options available for tours and activities The Hacienda has 1000ha of terrain with bulls, horses and hiking paths to explore Super cozy rooms, with internal heating and super comfortable beds Service available to arrange transport to the airport and to the location (there is no public service) Amazing massages and good SPA available on the Hacienda Cash free Cons: Minor details: - before arrival, communication on Booking.com goes through their central office in Quito, which is not always available and very responsive. Everything was anyway fixed by the lovely staff on site once arrived - while the price/quality ratio for rooms, services and food is great, some of the tours offered are a bit overpriced compared to similar or same tours from other haciendas and operators" ~Michele
