"Pros: The staff is very friendly, we were able to communicate in English and Spanish. We used the laundry service, $3 per pound, laundry was returned same day when dropped off in the morning. The breakfast was included and was a good basic breakfast - eggs, toast, fruit, yogurt and nuts. There is a nice lounge in addition to the breakfast area. We enjoyed wine from the hotel one night by the water (about $32 for the bottle). This is a great place to see wildlife - we saw sea lions by the pool, blue boobies while eating breakfast, pelicans and iguanas. We did not use the hot tub, you must book a timeslot but saw a few people using it. The shower pressure is good and partial ocean view room on 2nd floor had a great view of the ocean. Cons: Beds are firm. A few days the pool looked a bit cloudy, but then the next day it was much better." ~Alicia
