"Pros: Very nice, clean appartment in 1.floor, under roof with all needed equipment. Possibility to park car on outside parking place behind fence. Very convenient place for tourist trips in near surrounding (Stolowe gory, Kudowa Zdroj, Klodzko, Nowa Ruda coal mine, Osowka, Sztolnie Walimskie). Very close is motorest Matteo with restaurant and Biedronka market store."

"Zalety: Apartament bardzo czysty, mały ale jest w nim wszystko czego potrzeba do weekendowego wypoczynku. Kuchnia z wyposażeniem (talerze, szklanki, kubki, sztućce, patelnie, garnek itp, płyta i czajnik oraz lodówka. Łazienka malutka ale spełnia swoją rolę ( na wyposażeniu ręczniki i suszarka). Telewizor że sporą ilością kanałów, szybkie wifi. Wygodne łózko, czysta pościel. Cicha okolica przy czym do parku zdrojowego około 30 minut spacerkiem. Blisko PKP i sklep (Lewiatan). Wydzielone miejsce parkingowe widać z okna. łatwy dojazd, a charakterystyczny w okolicy kolor budynku pozwoli nie przegapić miejsca. Do apartamentu prowadzą schody (jeśli ktoś jest wyższy musi na pierwszym schodku uważać na głowę!).
Wady: Jeśli ktoś ma bardzo słaby sen musi pamiętać o zamknięciu drzwi do łazienki, w pierwszą noc trochę hałasował kaloryfer lub bojler, ale nie jest to duża niedogodność."

"Pros: Good location, next to Letna park. Stylish apartment. The owner was friendly and accessible.
Cons: There was a fairly strong smell of smoke in the apartment that couldn't get cleared with open windows. I felt the furniture (ie. sofa) was quite used and not fully clean. The kitchen lacked some basic equipment, like a cloth for drying hands/utensils. The building is next to the exit of a tunnel with lots of traffic, so it can get a bit noisy with open windows."
