"Pros: The condo was new, fresh, clean and in a great location! The decor was light and airy. The balcony was scenic. The complex had a luxury resort look. The pool(s) right outside of the room was perfect for scenery and swim. Cons: The hosts were nice and accommodating! There should be a better check-in and check-out process, which you can tell is a little lack luster because it's new. If they are going to use Booking or any traveling service platform, then they should go through them to process payment. 3 days after reserving the condo through Booking, the company messaged me for a down payment to a PayPal account (the property is listed as no prepayment on Booking). The language translations made the messages seem fraudulent/scammy. When I talked to the company, they said it was because many people would book and not show up or be real people. But we were real, and they did not require an upfront fee. However, someone met us to let us in the condo (and did not collect payment until after we walked through-so no complaint there!) and someone had to meet us to collect the key. Unfortunately, we left early in the morning, so we had to have an alternative plan to lock up. Perhaps a lock box or check-in with the front desk may be better for everyone, especially considering arrival and departure times of guests. Other than that we were a family of 5 and were comfortable!" ~Gavins
