"Pros: The appartment is large, for the most part it is clean and the kitchen is ok. It's not the easiest to get to, but the location on booking is correct and the location itself is peaceful.
Cons: The water was not working when we got there. Neither hot nor cold. It can happen I guess, but the fact that the owner of the property went offline (on Whatsapp) AFTER being receiving and seeing my message about the issue, is for me unacceptable. We did manage to get reply from the secondary contact of the property. They send a friendly guy to try to fix it, but he couldn't do magic (apparently the water in the neighbourhood has been off for a few days, but that didn't stop the owners listing their property at full price without any disclaimer). At the end, he brought us a couple water containers, that we could use for basic hygiene. If the owner was proactive, I would probably rate it at least a 6, despite the issue."
