"Pros: Service was great especially David working front desk. He made sure to put our anniversary and my husband‘s birthday banner up right away and he scheduled our spa date for couples massage and he scheduled our romantic dinner on the beach. Felix serving us breakfast and Alexis catering to us during our romantic dinner on the beach. Joanny and Yessica did a phenomenal job with our couples massage. My husband said she even massaged his brain. Lol We had a great time. Gracias. The bartenders were on point at each pool. Lucas hooked us up with the dune buggies excursion. Which was outstanding if you don’t mind getting wet and muddy. Catalonia owes us nothing . Cons: Although our rooms were very clean every day, the room itself had an old smell odor to it. The food truck area closes too soon. Wish they could stay open past 17:00pm." ~Lakeisha

"Pros: Hotel and facilities were perfect. Cons: My only criticism was that the majority of the staff could have been more friendly, possibly a cultural thing. They just need to smile more. Otherwise it was a lovely holiday." ~Gary
