"Pros: The house itself is ok and lounge area spacious with a lot of natural light Cons: Unfortunately, we had big issues with the management company Novasol behind this property. When we arrived, there were no bed linen nor towels in the property. In addition, it wasn’t exactly clean and welcoming (there were still old glue flytraps hanging from the ceiling, dead insects on the window sills and quite a lot of dust under the beds and in the cupboards). Novasol only have a hotline and the contact number was well hidden but eventually we managed to get through to customer service (which took about 20 minutes on hold). They told us we would have to pick up bed linen and towels from a central depot and should have received an email about this (we never did. I only received an email with instructions to a key box at the property for check-in). The guy from customer service then claimed we were not in the system and sent the location where to pick up towels and linen. What he didn’t tell us is that the place is only open Fridays and Saturdays at very limited hours (we arrived on a Monday). So we found ourselves outside a closed office and could not pick up any linen/towels and no emergency number was provided either. So we found ourselves with a dirty property and no place to sleep (it was a strict no for us to use the beds without any linen/sheets). The guy from customer service instructed us to send pictures of the dirty property and they would "potentially“ sort it out in the morning – but no immediate help whatsoever. We were forced to find a hotel for the night. The next morning, I was expecting an update from Novasol – but absolutely nothing. Since we weren’t keen to spend time with the useless hotline all over again, we drove to their regional office one more time (where we were supposed to pick up the bed linen/towels the day before) The office was closed to the public but we could see lights and computer screens – people were working." ~Anika
