"Pros: The location is very central.
Cons: We rented the house because our group (sports team) stayed at the Danhostel just down the road, but we couldn't fit all the guys in the hostel.
+ The location of the house in town is nice (and, for us, close to the hostel and the sports facilities).
- The stairs to the second floor are very steep, the tread of the stairs very short (size 47 fits maybe half on it) and overall the staircase is very narrow and for rather short people (we had one guy with 2m, who had a hard time going upstairs)
- The bedroom on first/ground floor does not deserve that label - it is more of a glory hole
- The upstairs bedrooms are in succession (so the person sleeping in the last bedroom may wake up everyone in between if using the restroom at night
- there is only the bathroom downstairs (=> having to use the narrow stairs at night).
To be fair, those last two attributes of the house were in the description, so we knew what we would get, but still pretty annoying.
But by far the biggest no go in this house is that if you rent linens, Novasol expects you to drive 40km to Romo to pick it up and 40km back and when leaving, they expect you to return it there as well - meaning you will have to drive 160km just for the bedclothes.
Since we were there as a sports team by bus, this wasn't even an option.
We were lucky that we could get extra sets of linens from the hostel, but this is absolutely crazy to expect a guest to do that!"
